Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Adam — founder of Strive Retail Solutions.
I help retail leaders improve store performance without burning out the people who deliver it. Strive sits in the gap between traditional “tick-box” audits and well-meaning coaching: you get clear, objective insight on what’s happening in-store, plus practical support to fix it fast and make it stick.
With 20 years in retail and customer-facing environments, I’ve often been the independent set of eyes teams need when day-to-day pressures or internal politics make change hard. I come in to identify what’s really driving loss, inefficiency, and inconsistency — and to coach leaders on the routines, standards, and behaviours that protect profit and lift performance.
My approach is grounded in both people and process: • BA (Hons) Human Resources Management (Learning & Development, Employment Law) • PRINCE2 Project Management • Ongoing coaching qualifications to keep my mentoring current and evidence-informed
I also bring a strong focus on wellbeing. From years of floor-walks, one pattern is consistent: you can’t sustain great standards if your team is exhausted or psychologically unsafe. That’s why I build improvement plans that protect operational discipline and team health at the same time.
